The following features are new or have been updated;
Refined Catalog Search by Keyword
An option is now available to refine your catalog search by a keyword, based on a selected field of your choice – either Description, Status, File Name, Keywords or Notes (Comments).
To use, select the field, enter the keyword and select the catalog search method button. To clear a search, remove the keyword and re-select the search button.
File Icon Display
An issue was identified when different file icons were returned in the catalog results window, they displayed the incorrect image. This has now been fixed.
MAAD2GO Slow to Respond when LARGE Network Encountered
A feature of MAAD2GO is to provide security based on a users logon name. Some administration functions of MAAD2GO displayed a list of all network usernames to help administrators select correct names. However, if the network where MAAD2GO is operating on is large in size, the search and display of these network usernames could be slow and sometimes made the interface hang until the list was propagated. To speed up MAAD2gO, this feature is now optional, and can be initiated via the tickbox on the home page tab.
FASTER Display of Catalog Search Results
The method of searching and returning the Catalog results has been made faster. The method of returning data groups and their associated results has been re-configured, improving the search and display speeds.
